Semolina Halva


Ingredients / Materials:

2 cups semolina
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
1 cup milk
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon pine nuts

Preparation / Cooking Directions:

Semolina vegetable oil and butter in a large saucepan until the color darkens are scorching. We continue to add sugar roasting. Water, milk and pistachios add and cook until water is absorbed.
